TODAY, LAS VEGAS is known for much more than just casinos and an outrageous nightlife scene; itâ??s the epicenter of the best of the best in the world. Thereâ??s not another city that boasts as many elite hotels, excellent restaurants, top tier golf courses, trendy night clubs, designer boutiques, celebrity sightings and of course, star-studded entertainment, as Vegas.
When we say entertainment, we mean ENTERTAINMENT! Weâ??re not talking about a few cool shows here and there. Weâ??re talking about seven nights a week, fifty-two weeks a year, the biggest super stars and world-famous shows dishing out jaw-dropping performances to sold out audiences at various venues on The Strip. Names like Rod Stewart, Celine Dion, Elton John, Shania Twain, Penn & Teller and David Copperfield all have resident shows that sell out regularly. And, there are tons of others we could list that would have you on the edge of your seat. Whether you are looking for live music, stand-up comedy, unbelievable magic tricks, adult shows or even hypnotists, Vegas has something for everyone.
With so many options to choose from, itâ??s hard to narrow it down when deciding which show to attend. Thereâ??s a lot to consider when youâ??re planning on spending a couple hours away from the casino. Are you looking for some tunes you can dance to? Or are you in the mood to laugh until you cry? And, you need to consider convenience as well. Is the venue close to where you are staying? And of course, the cost is important to keep in mind too, as some of the shows can be a bit pricey.
To help you get started on your all-star show search, we took a shot at compiling a list of our â??Fab Fiveâ? performances to consider when planning your next Sin City getaway. First, be sure to do your research. Get online and go to Youtube.com, type in any show by name and check out some clips. By no means are we attempting to cover everything (it would take the whole magazine to do so!), but we do promise you wonâ??t be disappointed with these selections.
