For the fourth straight year, Harrah’s New Orleans was recently named among the best hotels in the 2017 U.S. News & World Report Best Hotels Rankings, a nationally recognized publisher of consumer advice and information. The property was recognized as one of the Best Hotels in New Orleans in its annual evaluation of hotels that offer high-quality amenities and exceptional experiences.

“We are honored that Harrah’s New Orleans has once again been recognized with a Silver badge in the U.S. News and World Report Best Hotels rankings,” said Dan Real, Caesars Entertainment regional president-south and Harrah’s New Orleans general manager. “This award would not be possible without our exceptional team members who go above and beyond to provide our guests with the highest level of customer service each time they visit.”

The Best Hotels methodology combines a hotel’s industry accolades with expert and guest reviews and hotel class ratings. U.S. News scored luxury hotels, identifying the top 10 percent in the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean with Gold badges and the top 30 percent within specific markets with Silver badges. The rankings feature over 2,500 hotels across the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.

“The award-winning hotels on the U.S. News and World Best Hotels rankings meet the standards of both everyday travelers and industry experts in offering exceptional customer service and luxury amenities,” said Erin Shields, travel editor at U.S. News.

Located at the corner of Poydras Street and Fulton Street, Harrah’s Hotel blends gracefully into the surrounding architecture of New Orleans’ historic Warehouse District just steps away from Harrah’s Casino, the French Quarter and the Mississippi River. The hotel opened in 2006 and includes 450 luxurious guest rooms, including 98 suites and butler service on the all-suite 26th floor.
