Reviewer Notes: I recently stayed at Grand Casino Hinckley, in Hinckley, MN and had a great visit. They have a way of always making you feel welcomed and special. I arrived to a full valet, but the attendant made room so that I could park my vehicle and not have to wait. I then went inside to check-in and was greeted by a warm and friendly smile from the Bell Hop, who was very eager to help with my bags. The Hotel Front Desk staff was extremely fast, and efficient, so within a couple of minutes I was on my way to my room. I got a King Suite which was very clean, and most of all fresh smelling. It didn’t smell like stale cigarette smoke, this rarely happens at hotels with smoking rooms. The room was very spacious, well decorated and furnished. I then went to gaming floor to play where I was greeted by very friendly staff, attendants, and other gamers. The music was perfect, the lights, and sounds all enchanting. I had a blast playing a huge variety of exciting games, not only did I win, but many others around me did too! And even though they are in the middle of a remodel at this casino, everything is still easily accessible. I then ate dinner at the new Stories Diner, and it was worth every cent and then some! The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and very helpful. The new menu options and food was amazing. High quality food for extremely reasonable prices. I highly recommend trying the new Stories Diner when you visit. This Casino is my favorite one in Minnesota. I always have a great time whether I win or lose, the staff is wonderful, and the comps are top notch! Nothing like spending a free night in a King Suite, getting free cash and Grand Play for two days. Plus, it’s always nice when you win $1,200 and get a free Ham and Pie to top it off. The best of all the Casino’s I have visited.
