Hot Springs, Ark. – Multi-platinum artist Sara Evans, one of the most popular female country singers over the last two decades, will be performing in Oaklawn’s event center on Saturday, Oct. 23 as part of her Copy That Tour. Tickets for the show go on sale Friday, Aug. 13 at 10 a.m. and can be purchased at www.Oaklawn.com.

Well known for her five #1 singles, “No Place That Far,” “Suds in The Bucket, “A Real Fine Place to Start,” “Born to Fly,” and “A Little Bit Stronger,” Evans is currently on tour in support of her latest album Copy That. Released on her own Born to Fly Records label, Copy That is Evans’ first solo studio album since 2017’s critically acclaimed Words. On Copy That, she shines a spotlight on songs that have served as the soundtrack for the American experience for the last six decades. Little Big Town’s Phillip Sweet joins Evans for a buoyant rendition of the Stevie Nicks and Kenny Loggins classic “Whenever I Call You Friend” and Old Crow Medicine Show adds their unique flavor to the Hank Williams standard “I’m So Lonesome I Could Cry.” She also covers Dexy’s Midnight Runners’ 1982 hit “Come on Eileen” and The Knack’s “My Sharona,” showing a rarely heard rockin’ side.

Evans has earned the prestigious Academy of Country Music Top Female vocalist accolade as well as numerous American Music Awards, Billboard Music Awards, Country Music Association, CMT, and Grammy Awards nominations. In addition, the CMA awarded Video of the Year honors to Evans’ chart-topping hit single “Born to Fly” from her landmark double-platinum album of the same name.

Tickets must be purchased in advance and guests must show mobile barcode or ticket printouts at the door for entry. Age 21+ for the show. Doors will open at 6 pm, showtime at 7 pm.
